Meet Dr. Corey Moletsky

Board-Certified Orthodontist

Dr. Corey Moletsky is originally from Scranton, PA, where his family has owned and operated a car repair and towing business since 1957. He grew up working in the family garage, and to this day he and his dad still work in the shop on cars together.

He studied biochemistry and molecular biology at Penn State, graduating magna cum laude. While there, he completed research on how bacteria become resistant to antibiotics, working alongside leaders in antibiotic development. He also taught an afterschool science program for elementary students, tutored K through 12 students in math, and helped raise money for pediatric cancer through Penn State’s THON.

He earned his dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, graduating at the top of his class. During dental school, he earned a national STEM teaching certification, researched new materials for dental regeneration, and mentored middle school students in under-resourced Pittsburgh neighborhoods.

He then completed orthodontic residency and a Master of Science at Temple University, where he trained under some of the top orthodontists in the country. A tech enthusiast at heart, he was the first in his class to use AI-assisted, 3D-printed bonding trays to place braces with greater precision. He is a board-certified orthodontist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.

Outside the office, he loves hiking, exploring new places, live music, and snowboarding. He has driven across the country to Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons, tent camped in the Rocky Mountains, and has now visited 38 states, with plenty more on the list! He is also an avid golfer, loves exploring Philadelphia’s restaurant scene, and is a big college football fan.

Helping kids and adults achieve their goals and dreams has been one of the most rewarding experiences of his life, and Dr. Corey looks forward to meeting and personally getting to know each of his patients!
